Terms of Service for Music Mixing and Mastering

1. Introduction

Welcome to our Music Mixing and Mastering service. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (TOS). If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services. These terms are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.

2. Services

We provide professional music mixing and mastering services. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Mixing individual tracks and stems
- Mastering final mixes for distribution
- Audio editing and enhancement
- Consultation on audio production

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

- High-quality audio files in the specified format (WAV, AIFF, etc.)
- Clear instructions and any reference tracks
- Payment in full prior to the commencement of work

4. Payment Terms

- All payments must be made in advance via the accepted payment methods (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
- Prices for services will be provided in a quote and must be agreed upon before work begins.
- In the event of additional work or changes requested by the client, additional charges may apply.
- **No refunds**: Once payment is made and work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.

5. Turnaround Time

- The estimated turnaround time for services will be provided at the time of booking.
- Turnaround times are subject to change based on the complexity of the project and our current workload.
- Rush services may be available for an additional fee.

6. Revisions

- Clients are entitled to a specified number of revisions as outlined in the initial quote.
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.
- Revisions must be requested within 7 days of delivery of the initial mix/master.

7. Ownership and Rights

- Clients retain full ownership and rights to their original audio files and final mixed/mastered tracks.
- We reserve the right to use a portion of the final mix/master for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

- We will keep all client materials and communications confidential.
- We will not share, distribute, or sell any client materials without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

- We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the client as a result of using our services.
- In the event of a dispute, our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services.

10. Termination

- We reserve the right to terminate services at any time for any reason.
- Clients may cancel their project at any time; however, refunds will not be issued.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in New York.
